Customer support
If you are an existing Dublin broadband customer and need assistance, our support team is here to help. For coverage checks and new orders, use the Eircode tool on Coverage.
STEM TV is available only with a fibre connection on the Stem Connect network in supported Dublin areas. It is provisioned via an app installed on your Smart TV. If you need help with activation, include your Eircode and device details.
Before contacting support
- Restart your router and wait 2 minutes.
- Check that all cables are firmly connected.
- If you use WiFi, test with a wired connection if possible.
- Try one device only to rule out local device issues.
Many connectivity issues are resolved with a restart and cable check.
When you contact us, include this
- Your Eircode (recommended)
- Whether the issue is WiFi-only or affects wired devices too
- What lights are showing on the router
- When the issue started
These details help us troubleshoot quickly and reduce back-and-forth.
Gaming and performance tips
- Use wired Ethernet for consoles and gaming PCs when possible.
- Keep your router in an open area and away from thick walls.
- For busy homes, consider upgrading to a higher speed tier where available.
