How does an assessment work?

How does an assessment work?

First we gather information about the customer’s current network layout, capacity, services running on the network and whether last mile connectivity is in place.

We then evaluate the customer’s network and services priorities and establish a “wish list” of outcomes to build the perfect network given their budget and business objectives.

The assessment proposal will be based on the outcome of a detailed last mile feasibility and includes:

  • The network, last mile optimisation and capacity upgrades i.e. copper to fibre
  • Services on the network, priorities and guarantees
  • Telephony
  • Security for all sites, down to end-point protection for all users
  • Network management
  • Network support and uptime
  • Updated network diagram with services and priorities
  • Clearly demonstrate that all “pain” points have been addressed
  • Service level agreements with differentiated benefits
